Position Overview:

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with our Hospital Manager and our medical team in driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and team performance across all clinical and administrative functions. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned veterinary professional or practice leader with a passion for elevating quality patient care and building a positive, collaborative workplace culture. This role also offers a personal-time friendly schedule of 3 days/30 hours per week, which is full time with full benefits.

Our Services Include:

• Preventive & Wellness Care: Routine exams, puppy & kitten care, senior pet care, vaccinations, and health screenings to ensure long-term well-being
• Diagnostics & In-House Testing: Digital x-rays, comprehensive diagnostics, and advanced equipment for accurate early detection
• Surgical Services: A full suite of veterinary surgeries, including orthopedic procedures, spay/neuter, and other surgical interventions performed with safety and comfort in mind
• Dental Care: Oral health services ranging from routine cleaning to advanced dental treatments
• Pharmacy & Support: In-house pharmacy to support treatment plans and ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering growth, accountability, and a cohesive practice culture.
• Work closely with clinical leadership to align services, workflows, and patient-centric outcomes.
• Oversee key operational areas including scheduling, quality assurance, performance metrics, client experience, and staff development.
• Champion strategic initiatives including community outreach, service expansion, and technology adoption.
• Support daily hospital operations with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and excellent communication among teams.
