Our Facility: Balboa Veterinary Hospital in San Diego CA is a top-of-the-line animal hospital that provides comprehensive pet healthcare services. Our highly skilled veterinarians offer a range of medical surgical and dental treatments including Urgent Care Dermatology and Orthopedic procedures. We boast cutting-edge technologies such as in-house testing for accurate diagnoses digital x-ray surgical and dental suites and a fully stocked pharmacy. You can trust us to provide top-quality care for your furry family members. In late 2024 we have plans to carry out a complete renovation and expand our facilities by introducing a separate cat practice that is feline-friendly.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who is loyal passionate about patient care and able to communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent diagnostic abilities and have outstanding communication skills. They should be dedicated take pride in their work value collaboration and demonstrate emotional intelligence. The candidate should be committed to patient care and have a strong ambition to grow in the field of veterinary medicine. Overall we are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care to animals.

Our practice has a positive, wellbeing focused culture that we’d love to tell you about. The salary for this position can range from $130,000 -$150,000 + annually for a 40-hour work week (4/10s) and will be determined based on previous experience skill set and practice type.
