Veterinarian - Experienced

Springfield Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our team just outside of Washington, D.C.. We are looking for someone who wants to join a close-knit team and who values collaboration, communication, and quality patient care. Our hospital is committed to providing high-quality medicine, compassionate care, and personalized treatment plans to every pet that walks through our doors. 

About Practice:  

We are a stand-alone, 100% small animal hospital with deep community roots and recently renovated client and exam spaces. 

• 3 exam rooms (including a dedicated comfort room) 

• Large treatment area + surgical suite 

• Boarding and grooming on site 

• Paperless practice 

Equipment 

• Ultrasound 

• Digital & dental radiography 

• Cautery 

• IDEXX in-house CBC & chemistry 

Schedule & Caseload 

• 10–15 patients per day 

• 30-minute appointments (wellness & sick) 

• 4-day work week 

• 1–2 Saturdays/month
