Seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinarian at our Feline-Only Practice in NYC! 

New York Cat Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join our feline-exclusive practice in Manhattan. Whether you’re looking for a consistent part-time schedule or interested in growing your role over time, this position offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the potential to step into a Medical Director role in the future, based on interest and experience. 

About the Hospital 

• Located in a skyscraper near the Hudson River with a street-level entrance 

• Bright, airy space with large windows and natural light 

• 2 exam rooms, surgery suite, dental wet table, x-ray room, and treatment area 

• Boarding available for established patients 

• Equipment includes digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, and ultrasound 

• Appointments are 30 minutes with buffers for complex cases 
• No after-hours or on-call shifts!

We're one of only three cat-only practices in Manhattan, and we’ve built a trusted reputation in the community for high-quality medicine and compassion. We also partner with Frankie’s Feline Fund, rehoming senior cats with medical needs, and our COS is deeply involved in local rescue efforts. 

Who We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking a full-time or part-time DVM who: 

• Is passionate about feline medicine

• Has solid skills in general practice including surgery and dentistry

• Can work 1-3 days per week (flexible scheduling available) 

• Would enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative environment 

• Bonus: if you have internship training or experience with advanced cases!
