Exciting Growth Opportunity
We are expanding into a brand-new, 4,000 sq. ft. facility in late June/early July—just 3 minutes from our current location. The new hospital will feature:
- Dedicated surgery suite and dental suite
- Spacious treatment area
- 6 exam rooms
- Comfortable team break room
Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality medicine, including:
- Ultrasound
- Digital radiography
- Digital dental x-ray
- Therapeutic laser
About the Opportunity
- Flexible scheduling designed to support true work/life balance
- No weekends, no late nights, and no overnight shifts
- Structured schedule with:
- Surgery days (typically starting at 8:00 AM)
- Appointment days (starting at 8:30 AM, closing at 5:45 PM)
- Collaborative and positive team culture that actively prioritizes a toxic-free workplace
- Strong support staff with a 1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio, including 3 LVTs
- Opportunity to see a consistent caseload (typically 15+ patients/day) while maintaining quality care
- Established relationships with community organizations, including CFA and senior services
