- Standard 30-minute appointments

Our mentorship program includes:
- 45-60 minute appointments while mentoring
- Weekly and monthly one-on-one check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Hospital Manager
- Individual surgery training

- Ongoing clinical guidance tailored to your goals and experience level
