What We're Looking For

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania veterinary license.

• Several years of clinical experience preferred.

• Strong foundation in small-animal medicine.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Team-oriented approach to patient care.

• Confidence working independently while collaborating with the broader team.

• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice development.

• Previous leadership experience is a plus, but we are also open to veterinarians interested in growing into leadership.
