Guilderland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled veterinarian to step into a role that combines excellent patient care with leadership responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For 
Leadership Experience: A DVM with strong leadership skills who can motivate and guide our team while providing outstanding veterinary care. 
Flexible Schedule: 4-day work weeks available. No weekend requirements. 
Patient Care Focus: You’ll be working with a 100% small animal patient base, focusing exclusively on cats and dogs. 
No After-Hours/On-Call: We do not require after-hours or on-call work. 

About the Team 
Our team consists of compassionate staff, including 1 Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), with a focus on continued education and growth. Several of our support staff are FEAR Free certified, and we are proud to be an AAHA accredited hospital. The doctor to technician/assistant ratio is 1:1, ensuring strong collaboration and support for each veterinarian. 

Ideal Candidate: 
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care. 
- Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. 
- Interest in fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. 
- Ability to manage a balanced workload while ensuring high standards of care.
